The Greeby Companies has continued to build upon its green initiatives and has now added Greeby Green to its services. After successfully representing The Related Companies on LEED certified CityNorth in Phoenix, AZ and L.L. Bean on two LEED Silver stores in Chicago, Greeby will now offer green building services to its clients.
Greeby Green will be headed by Greeby's newly appointed Director of Sustainability, Ben Wood. As a LEED A.P., Ben directs and supports Greeby’s clients with the establishment and management of corporate, real estate, and project sustainability initiatives. Additionally, Ben has been actively involved with various membership sustainability initiatives, including ICSC's CenterBuild Conference, ReCon Green Pavilion , and RetailGreen Conference. He has written a collection of articles on green roofs, alternative energy sources, corporate sustainability programing, and easy green real estate solutions. |
