Greeby Senior Associate George Khouri provided Development Management Services working directly with Eric Knopping (Principal) and Jeremy Fogel (President) of Ironwood Property Group on Tilden Ridge, a 400,000 square foot regional shopping center in Tilden Township, Berks County, PA.
George was instrumental in the development of Tilden Ridge Testing and Signage Specifications, as well as preparation of RFPs for the project Architect, Signage, Testing and General Contractors. George assisted with the Site Construction Documents, and, prepared and negotiated the General Contract. George’s expertise lended itself to recommendations on both the Architect and Contractor selections.
